‘Winty’ Frederick, is back home after residing in the USA for
the past twelve years and has publicly expressed fascination
over the modernization of the country.
Mr. Frederick served in the
Grenada Parliament from 1990 to 1995 as Representative for St.
Patrick East, winning that seat on a GULP ticket in the March
13, 1990 general elections.
