All were eager to hear his vision for peace, stability and
the planned progress for Grenada Carriacou and Petit Martinique.
Earl Chin, owner of Nakisaki Restaurant which for many years hosted events
comprising of local residents and national leaders in Long Island stated “I
always looked forward to meeting Dr. Mitchell” He also stated to Dr.
Mitchell “As a businessman, I identify and believe in your vision for
economic stability.” In addition, Wellington Sharpe, a Jamaican seeking
a seat in the New York State Senate also echoed the same theme. He
stated “Dr. Mitchell’s record of promoting peace, stability and economic
progress for his people is a vision that I hope to emulate.”
Following the Dinner, Dr. Mitchell mingled and laughed with friends and
supporters and at the same time took the opportunity to encourage them all
to join him at a Town hall meeting on September 12th, 2010 4PM at the
Mahalia Jackson Middle School

where he will outline his vision for peace, stability and
progress for Grenada, Carriacou and Petite Martinique. In an effort to keep
Grenadians all over the world informed, the meeting will be carried live on
radio stations both in the US and Grenada and will be video streamed on our

Dr. Mitchell will "meet and
greet" Grenadians on September 3rd, attend a
Pre-Labor Day
Brunch on September 5th, Play Dominoes on September 11th with friends and
address the Town hall meeting on September 12th, 2010. Following these
activities, Dr. Mitchell will travel to Toronto on September 17th where he
will attend a Luncheon and address another Townhall meeting at
Ellas Banquet Hall
Dr. Mitchell
returns to New York on September 22nd where he will meet with all NNP
Support groups bringing an end to his Diaspora tour on September 25th with a
Barbecue.
The Opposition Leader is expected to
