Prime Minister, MP and Ministers outline initiatives in open forum in St. Patrick’s East

ST. GEORGE'S, GRENADA, Friday. August 02, 2013 - GIS: Over Seven hundred persons added to the employment line in special projects, de-bushing projects, youth empowerment program, and other initiatives; housing assistance to needy persons; working with farmers to market their produce; sourcing and providing supplies to medical center, as well as expanding the hours of operation at the center; working towards the lighting of two major playing fields—those are some of the initiatives outlined by MP for St. Patrick’s East, Mr. Clifton Paul.

Honourable Clifton Paul was speaking to a packed audience at the River Sallee Government School on Thursday evening, August 1.

His remarks were part of an open constituency forum initiative that Government has embarked on, led by Prime Minister Mitchell, who was also in attendance.

Other Government Ministers participating in the forum were Minister of Education and MP for St. Patrick’s West, Honourable Anthony Boatswain; Minister with responsibility for ICT, Honourable Alvin Dabreo, and Minister responsible for Implementation in the Prime Minister’s Ministry, Senator Kenny Lalsingh.
