Subject: CAP BANK AFFAIR


If the allegations of Mr.Bartholomew is true, the Grenada's Attorney General is in a CONFLICT situation and should have demonstrated some form of ethical behavior by staying clear from any matter dealing with CAPBANK.

In addition,he should have excluded himself from all Cabinet deliberation on on the CAPBANK Affair.This type of behavior is not surprising,there is no governing body in Grenada to oversee and discipline our lawyers.The Grenada Bar Association cannot do it,it is a talkshop for lawyers.

Even, the current Chief Justice of the OECS recognizt the limit of his disciplinary powers,hence, in his recent speech he was forced to make a plea to his fraternity for honesty,integrity and transparency.

If the firm of Henry,Henry and Bristol acted for the ECCB on the CAPBANK matter,then the Attorney General should have done the honourable thing. WHAT A SHAME AND TRAVERSTY of the Grenada Justice System?

Again,it is time to bring him legislation that will monitor the professional conducts of this group of greedy bandits whose conduct and behavior are unbecoming of this important profession.
