“I am not shocked nor, even slightly, surprised at the current discovery that Dr. Keith Mitchell is a United States citizen. I, again, challenge him to prove to us that the claim is indeed false. His mere denial – words — are insufficient in light of the hard document that the current government now has in its hands.

If Dr. Mitchell truly cares about the people whom he was elected to serve, he should seek to forthwith prove his innocence.

He should act speedily to remove this dark cloud of uncertainty about the legitimacy of parliamentary status that is hanging over the heads of the people of St. George North West.

If the Opposition Leader has violated the constitution, and has been illegally holding the trust of the people for more than two decades, including 13 years as Prime Minister, I ask him to remove himself rather than continue playing with the minds of the populace.”
